Notice of Fincastle Town Council Public Hearing

Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 15.2-2204, as amended, and sections 601 - 603 of the Town Zoning Ordinance, this shall serve as notice that the Fincastle Town Council will hold a public hearing on October 10, 2024 beginning at 7pm in the Fincastle Firehouse located at 25 Vine Street.for the purpose of soliciting public input on:

A rezoning application from the Heritage Family Market for property located on the west side of Roanoke Road (Rt 220), identified as tax parcels 73 (2)13 and 73 D (1)1. Both lots are currently owned by Santillane, LLC. The application is to rezone both lots from A1 Agriculture to B-1 Business, with possible proffers, for the purpose of building a new building for the operation of a specialty grocery.
